Distance Sales Agreement
1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into electronically between Alpha Club ("Seller") and the customer ("Buyer") who places an order through the Alpha Club online store.
2. Subject
This Agreement governs the sale, payment, delivery, return, and other rights and obligations relating to products purchased through the Alpha Club website.
3. Product Information
Product descriptions, specifications, prices, shipping costs, and payment details are displayed on the relevant product pages before the order is placed.
By completing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted all product information and pricing.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Payments are securely processed using the payment methods available at checkout.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination, shipping carrier, customs procedures, and other external factors.
Delivery delays caused by customs, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information, or the shipping carrier are beyond the Seller's control.
6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may request a return in accordance with the return policy available on the website.
Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories whenever possible.
Personalized or custom-made products may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law.
7. Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, the Seller will notify the Buyer regarding the approval of the refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Seller shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, customs procedures, transportation disruptions, or force majeure events.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of the country in which the Seller operates, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to the Buyer.
10. Acceptance
By placing an order through the Alpha Club website, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Distance Sales Agreement.
