At Alpha Club, we want your shopping experience to be simple, secure, and reliable. Below you can find our shipping and return policy.

Shipping

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped after payment confirmation.

Order processing time usually takes 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs procedures, and seasonal demand.

Estimated delivery time:

  • United States: 7–14 business days

  • International orders: 7–21 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, so you can follow your package.

Alpha Club is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Free from damage, stains, perfume, or signs of wear

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Products that are not in original condition

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Alpha Club is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and help you with a replacement, return, or refund when applicable.
